With deadlines of 2015, Cornwall used European money and BT partnership with 138,000km of fibre, Cambridgeshire thinks it can get £42m private investment within the total £70m budget (£8m from central government) and offer about 90% coverage of ADSL2+ or faster technology. Good luck to both!
